1. Statement of Commitment
Dunbar Technologies respects the privacy rights of all individuals in the workplace. Furthermore, Dunbar Technologies is committed to ensuring that all Directors, management ,staff and others involved in the management of the Company comply at all times with their obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The company is bound by the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 (Cth), which came into effect on 21 December 2001. 2. National Privacy Principles The Company is bound by the National Privacy Principles (the “Principlesâ€). Dunbar Technologies will keep all its employees (and anyone else who may be affected) appraised of the status of its Privacy Code. 3.
